Two Rivers School of Ministry is a practical leadership and ministry development program designed for people who believe God may be calling them into ministry.

While you complete your accredited Bible college courses online through Bridges Christian College, you’ll receive hands-on ministry experience, personal mentoring, and leadership coaching from Pastor Will Hampton and the Two Rivers leadership team.

Whether you’re preparing to serve in your church, plant something new, lead a ministry, or simply want to grow into the leader God has called you to be, this program is designed to help you develop spiritually, practically, and personally.

Ministry isn’t learned only in a classroom.

At Two Rivers School of Ministry, you’ll learn what ministry actually looks like behind the scenes. You’ll discover how healthy churches operate, how leaders make decisions, how teams are built, and how churches multiply.

Students complete their Bible college education online through Bridges Christian College, earning an accredited ministry education on a flexible schedule.

➡️ Learn Alongside Pastor Will

Once each month you’ll gather with Pastor Will Hampton for leadership development, ministry coaching, discussion, and mentoring.

Second Saturday of each month: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

These sessions focus on the practical side of ministry that can’t be learned from a textbook. It’s about becoming the kind of leader others want to follow.

On the fourth Tuesday of every month, you’ll meet with ministry leaders for hands-on training.

Do I have to attend Bridges Christian College?

No. The academic portion of the program is completed through Bridges Christian College, while the practical ministry training is provided through Two Rivers School of Ministry.

Is this only for people who want to become pastors?

No. Many graduates go on to serve as ministry leaders, church staff, missionaries, church planters, nonprofit leaders, or influential volunteers in their local church.

How much ministry experience will I receive?

Students actively serve within the ministries of Two Rivers Church while receiving coaching, feedback, and leadership development throughout the year.

The Two Rivers School of Ministry Degree Program

This Degree Program is designed for those who want to receive practical ministry and leadership training while earning a college degree.  Bridges Christian College is partnering with Two Rivers Church to offer students the opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies.

Students in Two Rivers School of Ministry will:

-Receive a College Adviser from BCC
-Qualify to apply for Federal Financial Aid (All students will apply for a Pell Grant)
-Graduate with a BCC Degree (with completion of coursework)
Tuition Cost: $200 per Trimester (plus Pell Grant funding*)

Students in this program will:

-Be immersed in the fast-paced and creative culture of Two Rivers Church.
-Be invested in by the Two Rivers Church Leadership Team.
-Be awarded a TRC Certificate of Leadership upon graduation, along with their degree from BCC.

Two Rivers School of Ministry is designed for those who want to receive practical ministry and leadership training while earning a college degree. As a partner site of Bridges Bible College, students can earn a fully accredited Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or Doctoral Degree. Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies

The Bachelor of Arts degree at Bridges Christian College is completely virtual and online. Students can complete the degree anywhere they have internet and are connected to a local church.

Tuition: the out-of-pocket cost to each student (after donations and grants) is only $200 per trimester!

Bridges Christian College & Seminary offers 4 fully accredited master’s degrees that are completely online and debt-free!
